Day 6

Wow between laundry, kida, animals and home improvements I am usually trying to find time to work out.. However; today I kept thinking in the back of my head when you gonna do it.. common Carey when you gonna do it.. I love this person who talks to me because she motivates me.  I did have the you know its the weekend who is gonna know BUT I know and I don't want to cheat myself I need to keep this going because I want to have a fit body, mind and soul.. So I crushed Turbo Fire today however I am still trying to keep up with it I did get most of it and the parts that I knew I added more to it to make it worth my while.  Granted my body isn't sore like when I did P90X and Insanity but I feel it doing something.. It has made me wonder if I am doing something wrong but I am still going to keep going no matter what. So I ate Coffee (Downfall) But I drank it Black I need a hell yea for that one 2 cups 1 Banana Shakeology 1 bowl and not a large one of Fiber type cherios actu...

Day 5

Talk about a day.. It was a great day over all and had all the greatest intentions of working out as soon as I walked in the door but once I did finally get home and do a bit of running.. Kids to dance and such I was exhausted and was talking myself out of everything including working out. I think eating a BIG Ole calzone my husband made me was my deciding factor.  My husband will not be making my pizza's or calzones again it was so big and good but I ate anyways even though I knew it was a bad idea. So about 730 pm i decided I was going to hammer this workout no matter what I did 45 Fire.. Guess what I did the wrong workout on the wrong day.. But at least it was a workout and I gave it 110%. So now I have the right schedule and Im on track once again I will continue my journey and I have gone through one wall of trying to talk myself out of working out.. Be back tomorrow because quit is not in my dictionary.

My Beginning Stats

Before I started this Journey I did take before photos and I did take all my stats. Currently I am only 5'2" which at this point puts me in the obese catagory from the weight standards.  I don't feel overweight but I am not happy with out I look in the mirror.  This motivation makes me want to change how I look in my own mirror with my own eyes.  I have never really cared to much about what others have thought of me which has made me survive my whole life.  With that said here it goes. Weight: 158.2 WW Scale :D Chest: 38 1/2" R Arm: 12 3/4" L Arm: 12 3/4" Waist: 34 1/2" Hips: 43" L Leg: 25" R Leg: 25 1/2" I will update all these stats in 15days time.  With that will come some new photos I think.. So check back often so maybe I can help motivate you to change your life.

Day 4 Turbo Fire

So Day 4 Week 1 of Turbo Fire.. So far I am in love with this program.  I have done well and really enjoyed the workout today.  I will be posting photos soon so you can see my before photos and what my measurements were.  If I told you the story behind the photos you would be sure to laugh.  My daughter watched me on day one and was making comments about my dairy aire however I did tell her that if she didn't watch it she would be blessed with the same thing at 39. Today I ate Oatment (not the good stuff) Strawberries and cream Handful of Almonds for Snack A sandwich for lunch (400 Calories) Yogurt (Snack) Shackology and dinner I had fish and rice I am working harder on my diet but working within a budget for a family of six is a bit difficult so I am working on portion control and trying to keep a healthy eating habits.
